Ffion plays a key role in both client project delivery and ongoing support. She oversees the Empyrean support service, working closely with the development team to ensure that any client issues are addressed quickly, efficiently and with care. Alongside managing support, she helps deliver client projects, combining great organisation with a genuine commitment to quality and collaboration.
