Nicky advises an impressive range of clients; her passion lies in supporting high risk and complex IT transformation programmes.
In 1997 I graduated in Economics and French from Swansea University and joined Coopers and Lybrand (now PwC) in London.
Throughout my 21 years with PwC I had the privilege of working with many of the highest profile companies, both in the UK and globally. Having delivered many market leading programmes I am hugely proud of the unique insight I have developed into making successful, complex and high risk organisational change.
I specialise in large scale digital and commercial transformation programmes and, as an experienced Director, led PwC’s regional Technology Risk and Commercial practices.
Many of my clients have needed help in bringing together new world digital operating models, governance structures and a skill base fit for future digital, albeit in a continuously changing supplier market for digital services and cloud products.
Leading the Empyrean team has been hugely rewarding and has included leading support of the UK’s largest public sector IT exit and restructuring programme, technology advisory support for one of the UK’s largest retailers, and a pan government technology advisory role. I have personally led the implementation of one of the most complex big data projects in the UK public sector, and have advised on many of the largest digital commercial/supply arrangements across both public and private sectors.
More personally, I am a mum of two, Henry and Molly, and as such I never sit still. I have a passion for many things in life and I don’t do anything by half! I’m a qualified Latin American dance instructor, although it doesn’t keep me as fit as I would like.
