The brief
Public Health Wales wanted to transform how people across Wales access trusted health information and support. Its digital offer had grown across multiple websites and services, creating a fragmented experience that made it harder for citizens to find clear, authoritative information on critical health issues when they needed it most.
Our approach
We helped redesign the experience around citizen needs, with a fully bilingual approach built in from the outset. We improved content, navigation, signposting and usability while consolidating a number of separate websites into a more coherent digital offer. Our work focused on making complex health
information easier to find, understand and act on in both Welsh and English, while creating a more consistent and accessible experience across services.
The outcome
The result is a simpler, more connected digital experience that helps people reach the right information and support more quickly — improving access to trusted public health content that can influence decisions, encourage earlier action and, in many cases, have a life-changing impact.
